Visibility

Visibility involves promoting and acknowledging the contributions and achievements of women in the legal field, including lawyers, judges, academics, prosecutors, and other legal professionals, for their work, experience, and expertise. The primary aim is to challenge existing gender biases and stereotypes in the legal field, ensuring that women are equally recognized and valued for their skills and contributions. Enhancing visibility can inspire more women to pursue legal careers, fostering a more inclusive and diverse legal environment.
