Whether as seasoned partners or Friends of WLW, we recognize the importance of continuous learning at various levels and actively promote it through events and activities.
Mentoring program
Our Mentoring Program seeks to offer professional role models and sources of inspiration to young lawyers. We aim to build bonds of trust, guide, support, provide answers, and share goals, dreams, and concerns at the onset of their professional journeys. The program's success stems from the dynamic relationship between mentors and mentees, fostering a continuous cycle of support. Today's mentees become tomorrow's mentors.
Through a collaboration between WLW, EDEM Escuela de Empresarios, Mutualidad de la Abogacía, and Fundación Mutualidad Abogacía, we have established an Innovation and Legal Entrepreneurship Program in an executive format for individuals under 35. To promote equal educational opportunities, thirteen scholarships were awarded to selected candidates.
