We aim to foster female leadership by enhancing gender diversity across all areas of the legal sector, particularly in senior management positions within large corporations. A key objective of WLW is to increase the presence of women in partnerships, management committees, boards of directors, governing boards, and similar entities. In essence, we strive to enrich the decision-making bodies of firms, companies, and institutions with diverse and complementary perspectives that enhance leadership and management practices. We base our approach on objective data demonstrating that such diversity positively impacts company performance and sustainability.
Harvard Leadership Program
In collaboration with Harvard Law School and sponsored by Banco Santander, WLW has developed the Legal Leadership Development Executive Program (LLD). This program equips women lawyers in leadership positions with the essential tools to responsibly and humanistically address contemporary societal challenges.
Women Counselors Forum
We host an annual Women Counselors Forum, convening headhunters, educators, counselors from various backgrounds, and others to share experiences and discuss current issues. Primarily, we aim to assess the status of women on boards and steering committees.
