Commissions
Through our Technical Cabinet, different commissions have been created where we follow up on the most current legal issues, prepare reports, and organize conferences with our vision, which we make available to public powers, private companies, and organizations with which we have signed collaboration agreements.
Equality Observatory
The Equality Observatory aims, on the one hand, to offer an assessment of the current situation and the positioning of women and female talent in the legal-labor context as well as in various areas of the legal sector and, on the other hand, evaluate the measures that are being adopted in the Public Administration and in the private legal sector to mitigate the flight of female talent, the synergies that have arisen regarding the reconciliation of personal and work life, the insufficient presence of women in management positions and in relevant decision-making in companies and offices, with the aim of achieving effective gender equality.

Mentoring Program for Afghan Women with a Legal Profile
WLW is aware of the social challenge posed by the presence in Spain of a group of women professionals in the judiciary who had to be evacuated from their native country after the Taliban regime came to power. On 15 August 2021, ‘Black Day for Afghanistan and Afghan Generation’, the absolute denial of Afghan women’s freedoms and rights came to an end. WLW takes the initiative by taking action and together with AMAE (Association of Afghan Women in Spain) establishes a period of accompaniment by WLW members to AMAE members with a legal profile so that they can make real contact with the Spanish legal environment, increase their employability and promote their socio-labour integration. The program lasted six months throughout the year 2025 and consisted of fortnightly meetings to share professional and life goals. We are convinced that we are much closer than we can imagine.
Childhood Commission

Guide to mediation for lawyers
Drawing up an informative guide on mediation for lawyers in which to asses the implementation of LO 1/2025. The guide aims to start with actively listening to fellow lawyers, who will share their initial thoughts on the implementation of the law, which ADR they have chosen, the difficulties they have encountered, the doubts they have about submitting a conflict to mediation, etc. The listening will be done by launching a survey, and a didactic and practical guide will be drawn up on the basis of this survey.
TAX Commission
Our objective is to strengthen the presence and projection of female talent in the tax field, promoting the technical and rigorous analysis of the main national and international tax issues. We seek to generate spaces for exchange and professional updating that allow women tax professionals to position themselves as leaders in the sector. We also pay special attention to technical sub-areas traditionally less explored, such as customs law, transfer pricing or international taxation. The Commission promotes initiatives aimed at technical excellence, active participation in regulatory and doctrinal development, and the construction of a solid network of professionals that contributes to a more diverse, equitable and representative tax practice.
