I wish it was not necessary to create associations like WLW, However, This association is currently essential to share, help and promote female talent, supporting each other and making visible that great female potential that we have in our sector.
Lawyer at Cuatrecasas
Our goal at WLW is to give visibility to female talent. From the association we organize different projects in order to train and support ourselves to, together, go further.
HR, Diversity & Inclusion Vodafone
To be able to contribute in society to generate a scenario of equality in the sector, contributing my experience and energy and learning from the examples of the rest of the people who are part of WLW and WLWY. Reduce the gap hand in hand with previous and subsequent generations passing the baton to us and always from a moderate point of view and hand in hand with men so that this movement is not counterproductive.
MARÍA PÉREZ DE PRADA
Lawyer at Cuatrecasas
Through the WLW association we promote projects and initiatives with the aim that all professionals in the legal sector, both men and women, we have the same opportunities to achieve our goals and illusions. For it, we collaborate in different projects related to training and social responsibility, such as the mentoring program or the law clinic, that we consider essential to drive social change.

The WLW association pursues social change seeking a real commitment to make women visible in the legal sector and thus include them in senior management positions. This social change is promoted from training and in particular through the program of mentoring that seeks to develop the potential of female students in their final year of bachelor's and master's degrees to access the legal profession.
