It has been demonstrated that the presence of women on boards of directors and management committees adds value and has a positive impact on the profitability of companies. At WLW we are carrying out various initiatives to improve the general diversity and gender diversity ratios, in particular, in addition to highlighting the importance of having legal training profiles in the councils. An example of this is the Forum of Women on the Boards of Directors and Management Committees and the Study prepared together with ESADE on the presence of women on the boards of IBEX companies 35.
